Disconnect or request deletion.

Disconnect an advertising or analytics account

Sign in to Lion AI, select your client workspace and open Connections. Open the platform's Details and choose Disconnect. The connection owner or SEM Lion can perform this action.

This removes Lion AI's active connection and the workspace/platform's saved report snapshots and model briefs. It does not delete campaigns or change advertising budgets.

Disconnect Social Lion

Select the client workspace and use Disconnect in the Social Lion card in Connections or Lion Chat. This removes its active Lion AI grant. It does not delete native posts or cancel schedules: scheduled publication continues in Social Lion until you change it there. Review or revoke Lion Chat by SEM Lion under Social Lion’s Approved Apps. Historical chat evidence and memory require their separate deletion controls.

Control chat history and memory

In Lion Chat, choose a private conversation and use Delete this conversation to remove its active messages and pending action records. This does not remove the client’s separate memory or connected accounts. Use Memory → Remove and review the exact proposal to delete a personal memory. Client-shared memory changes require a workspace owner. Platform disconnection does not automatically remove historical chat evidence. For backup copies or other retained records, use the deletion-request process below.

Revoke platform authorization

You can separately review and remove Lion AI by SEM Lion in your Google account's third-party connections or Meta's Business Integrations/app permissions. Revocation can affect other workspaces that rely on the same provider authorization.

Request deletion of your Lion AI information

Email office@semlion.com with the subject “Lion AI data deletion request”. Include the email used to sign in, your workspace name and whether you want a platform connection, your user information or the entire workspace reviewed for deletion.

We will verify your identity and authority before processing the request. We may contact you about records associated with other workspace members, necessary operational records and protected backups. The Lion AI privacy notice explains what disconnection removes and what can remain.
