Operator and service

Lion AI is operated by SEM Zone S.R.L. under the SEM Lion brand. These terms cover the Lion AI portal and its remote MCP connection to supported AI assistants. If you have a separate written agreement for SEM Lion agency services, that agreement continues to govern those services.

Your account and authorizations

Use your own account and connect only platforms, accounts and properties that you are authorized to access. Google sign-in identifies your Lion AI user; it does not by itself grant advertising or analytics access. Reporting access depends on current workspace membership and the platform permissions you separately grant. Keep your sign-in secure and do not attempt to access another user's private data or bypass access controls.

Reports, recommendations and actions

Lion AI organizes information returned by your authorized connected platforms. Coverage and availability depend on those platforms and your permissions. Reports may be delayed or incomplete; check their source, date range and data-quality notes before making business or spending decisions. Recommendations are information for your review. The remote MCP cannot approve or execute advertising or social changes. A proposal is not evidence that a change has been applied.

Third-party services

AI assistants and connected platforms are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. Review the information you share with an assistant and the permissions shown during connection. You may disconnect platform access through Lion AI's Connections controls and revoke assistant access using the relevant service's controls.

Privacy and deletion

Instructions for requesting deletion are at https://www.semlion.com/ai/data-deletion . Private conversation and memory access follows the service's current identity, workspace and consent controls.

Fees and support

The remote MCP does not collect payments or initiate advertising spend. Any separately agreed paid agency service remains subject to its own disclosed pricing and agreement.
